STREICH - WORDEN

Fred A. Streich and Miss Lorraine J. Worden were united in marriage Wednesday
evening this week, June 
7, at 8:30 o’clock, Rev. Edward H. Smith, pastor of the First Congregational church
pronouncing the 
nuptial service. The wedding took place at Lindenwold, the groom’s country place,
where he has had a 
new cottage furnished for housekeeping. The cottage was beautifully decorated with
wild roses and 
other flowers but the event was very quiet and was attended only by the immediate
families of the 
principals. Mrs. Streich is the daughter of Mrs. Harriet Worden. She was for year
and until recently, 
social editor of The Northwestern. Mr. Streich is the secretary of the A. Streich &
Brothers company, 
manufacturers of wagons. The young couple will probably go east for a wedding trip.
