Covington, KY
GERWIG, Mrs. Mary Ethel - Service for Mrs. Gerwig, 73, of Covington, KY, 
formerly of Exchange,Braxton, who died Thursday, will be conducted at 3 p.m. 
today in Bartlett Funeral Home at Gassaway by Rev. E.H. LaFon.  Burial will be 
in Gerwig Family Cemetery at Chapel.  Mrs. Gerwig died in a Covington hospital 
after a two-week illness.  She was a member of Rider Methodist Church near 
Gassaway.  Surviving are a son, Fred of Exchange; a daughter Mrs. Denzil 
Westfall of Covington, KY; three brothers, Harry Utt of Flint, MI, Oras Utt of 
St. Clair Shores, MI, and Dallas Utt of Atlanta, MI; five sisters, Mrs. Denver 
(Thelma) Howell of Rochester, MI; Mrs. Macel Wilson of Copen, Mrs. Goldie 
Ellison of Webster Springs, Mrs. Wirt (Ruby) Hudkins of Chapel and Mrs. Ella 
Gillispie of Richwood; and 14 grandchildren.
