Beall of West Virginia and the House of Refuge of Western Pennsylvania with the consent of Stephen Hornett for term of five years from date. Beall to provide sufficient meat and drink, clothing, washing and lodging and teach apprentice the art of farming. Apprentice to receive three quarters' schooling, and the following compensations in money: $5.00 the first year; $15.00 the second year; $20.00 the third year; $25.00 the fourth year; $30.00 the fifth year, the money to be paid semi-annually to the House of Refuge to be deposited for the use of said apprentice; also, two complete suits to be furnished him, one of which shall be new.
