VILLA NOVA RIDGE CLAY CO., WV Tanner Cemetery is located 2.5 miles out Villa Nova Ridge from Duck, WV. If you take St. Rt. 4 going from Clay, WV to Gassaway, cross the bridge at Duck and follow Villa Nova Ridge. The cemetery is located on the left, very close to the road. The cemetery is not maintained or mowed. There are probably about 35 graves total. Several are marked with field stones and some are just shallow indents that appear to be old graves. I hope that I made no mistakes but I apologize if any mistakes were made. This reading was taken in the Fall of 1999. Linda L.
