CRAIG CEMETERY, aka Old Job Huddleston Cemetery, Fayette Co, WV Contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by Janet Martin ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OLD JOB HUDDLESTON\CRAIG CEMETERYFrom Lawrence Huddleston-"The Huddleston My Kin" 1974. Page11-Lawrence states in his book that is the Job Huddleston Hill Cemetery, above what is now known as the Craig Cemetery. Located Alloy, Fayette Co., WV. It is on the hillside across from Alloy Plant. There is a small Post Office in front of the plant. Across the road is a set of cement steps. Follows these to top and on the left are another set have long cement steps. Climb these and go straight up the very steep hill. This cemetery is very over grown. At a guess, there are probably over one hundred people buried in it. Some markers I stepped on by accident, which I would have never found and a few that where completely overturned, which I could not lift. Anything in ( ) is added info. Combs Funeral Home is now the Pennington Funeral Home located Rt 60 at Gauley Bridge.
