I will and devise that Mrs. Zury Stout my step mother shall have all my property both personal and real, in view of the love and tender care she has exercised toward me all my life and especially during my present sickness. The personal property consists of money (about thirty three dollars I think) one organ bed quits etc. The Real estate consists of one undivided sixth of the land homes(?) tenements and other improvements which I inherited from my father the late Perry G. Stout. I will and devise that mother Mrs. Zury Stout receive, have, and hold these and all other things that I may die owning and that she be my personal representative and executor of my Estate, without giving bond.
