Arritt, widow, Oleta M. Collins, Elva Arritt and J. C. Arritt of the county of Alleghany and the State of WV of the first part and Mary M. Beard of the County of Greenbrier and the State of WV of the second part, witness that for and in the consideration of $5.00 cash in hand paid by said party of the first part by said party of the second part with covenants of general warranty of that certain lot, tract or approximate land lying and being in Fort Spring District in City of Ronceverte in County of Greenbrier and state of WV as bounded and described as follows: Being 1/2 of Lots NO. 21 and 22 corner of 2nd and West Streets being the same lot, tract or parcel of land granted and conveyed unto the said (omitted) deed bearing date (no date) and of record in the County Clerks office of Greenbrier County in Deed Book No. 119, page 562 to have and to hold the said tract, lot or parcel of land or premises together and with all the single (appearances--------illegible) thereto belonging to the said Mary M.
