Bowen & Sabina his wife of the county of Greenup & State of Kentucyt John W. Bowen and Rachel his wife of the county of Greenbrier State of Virginia, Price Johnson and Jane his wife of the County aforesaid & state of Virginia. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid by said.Moses Bowen the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has this day granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grants bargain & sell unto the said Moses M. Bowenp all the interest which we may have in and to a parcel of "in the County of Greenbrier on certain tract or Land,the South side of Greenbrier River adjoining the Lands of John Walkup and the heirs of John Byrd, decd and the heirs of Joseph Walkup decd., also the heirs of Hamilton Boggs decd. and it being the same land that was pattented to Andrew Hamilton on the 23rd of July'1794p and by him conveyed,by and to Moses Mann and by him to Anthony Bowen & wife upon the 10th day of October 1808 (1805), reference to which is here made said deed being of record in the Clerks office of Greenbrier County. We by these presents Charles L. Bowen & Sabina-his wife, John.Bowen & Rachel his wife, Price Johnson & Jane his wife do by these presents relinquish all of our right, title and interest to the before described tract of Land and warrant and defend against our heirs the title to the above described land.
