That is to say first, after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate real and personal, I will, give, bequeath and dispose of as follows: To my beloved wife Catherine Honaker all of my real and personal estate set aside in Irish Corner District Greenbrier County WVA to have and to hold during her natural life at her death I will that all my real estate and personal property be sold and the proceeds be divided among my children F. S. Honaker, J. B. S. Honaker, Martha A. Armstrong, Rebecca A Toothman, Eliza J. Honaker, Jas S., Honaker's heirs, Margaret Armstrong's heirs, H. B. Toothman and Thos. C. toothman share and share alike and lastly I do nominate and appoiint R. D. Erwin to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of July 1880. Isaac Honaker, his mark (and x). A paper porporting to be the last will and testament of Isaac Honaker deceased was on this day produced in this office to Chas. B. Buster Clerk of Greenbrier County Court West Va and formerly the oaths of J. W. McDowell and R. D. Erwin the subscribing witness thereto to be the true last will and testament of the said Isaac Honaker deceased and the same is ordered to be recorded as such. Teste Chas. B. Buster, Clk.
