I William Loudermilk of Greenbrier County State of West Va being of sound and desposing mind and body do make this to be my last Will and Testament as follows, this is to say First give and bequeath unto my son Edward D. Loudermilk fifteen acres of land where he now lives on which shal be his part or portion of the real estate. I allso give to bequeath to my wife Nancy H. Loudermilk the remainder of my real estate her natural life time should she outlive me at her death to go to my five children James W. Loudermilk, William F. Loudermilk, Christopher B. Loudermilk, Thomas C. Loudermilk, Lilly S. Loudermilk Peter C. Loudermilk has all redy received his portion of the real estate, my personal property to be equally divided between all my seven children And I do declare this to be my last Will and testament In witness whereof to this my last will Testament I have set my hand and seal the 23 day of Oct in the year 1900.
