A. LOUDERMILK - 1935 Will Book 12, Page 8 I, M. A. Loudermilk, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will, or wills by me at any time made. FIRST: I direct the payments of all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as possible after my death. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to myson Porter L. Loudermilk all my real estate wherever situated, and containing about forty (40) acres more or less, together with all my live stock consisting of horses, cows &c. Except two cows. THIRD: I give and bequesth to my daughter Lottie E. Loudermilk, all my household and kitchen furniture, including bed and bedding, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, stoves, stove utensils, pictures, chairs, &c. in fact all of such property as I may own at the time of my death, and also, all chickens or other fowls owned by me at the time of my death, and two good cows. FOURTH: I give and bequeath to my son Fred Loudermilk the sum of one hundred dollars cash, which sum is to be paid by Porter L. Loudermilk, as a condition precedent to the investment of legal title to the property bequeathed to him in the first paragraph herein. I give and bequeath all the rest and resiue of my property both real and personal not herein before disposed of to my son Porter L. Loudermilk hereinbefore named. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Porter L. Loudermilk of this County, executor of this my last will and testament with full power and authoriy to execute the same according to its true and intended meaning, and having perfect confidence in his judgement and integrity, I direct that the said Porter L. Loudermilk shall not give securety. In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and affix my seal to this my last will and testament this the 24th, day of August, 1925. his M. A. Loudermilk, in the presence of us, two competent witnesses, present at the same time, and we, the said witnesses, do hereunto subscribe the said will in the presence of the said testator and of each other at the request of the siad testator, this the 24th, day of August, 1925. A paper purporting to be the last will and testament of M. A. Loudermilk was this day produced before PAUL C. HOGSETT, Clerk of Greenbrier County Court, in his office, and it appearing that M. A. Loudermilk, the Testator was a resident of the County of Greenbrier and State of West Virginia, at the time of his death, that the said annexed will was duly executed by the said decedent in his life time, and signed by the said M. A. Loudermilk in the presence of W. L. Kershner and L. B. Loudermilk subscribing witness thereto, who after having been first duly sworn did despose and say that the Testator acknowledged the execution of the same in their presence, and declared the same to be his last will and testament, and the said W. L. Kershner and L. B. Loudermilk signed the said paper writing as witnesses, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, that the said M. A. Loudermilk at the time of executing said will was of lawful age, and was of sound and disposing mind and memory, and said paper writing is ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of M.
