   I do with the advice of the Council hereby certify that Mary Lyon, widow of 
William Lovell, late a private in the 7th VA Regiment  of the United States and 
killed in the service of the Continental, is entitled to the sum of 18 pounds 
yearly, commencing from the first of Jan. 1786.  Given under my hand as Governor 
of the Commonwealth of VA, at Richmond, this 9th day January, 1786.
