                Biographical Sketches of Hancock County:

E. B. Langfitt:
    a son of E. Langfitt, was born on the 23rd day of March, 1846.  He 
received his education in the common schools, living with his parents and 
assisting them on the farm until he arrived at the age of twenty-five years, 
when he left home and took charge of the farm of Mrs. Mary Marshall, where he has lived ever since.  He is engaged in farming and stock raising, in 
which he has thus far been successful.
