                Biographical Sketches of Hancock County:

James M. Stewart:
    a son of Benjamin Stewart, was born in now Hancock County, West 
Virginia, January 29th, 1843.  He married Sarah M. Rogers in 1876.  They 
settled on the farm where they are now living.  They have two children, a 
son and daughter.  He has followed farming as his vocation.
