Jacob Eib Deeds HARRISON COUNTY, VIRGINIA DEED BOOK 9 JUNE 1, 1810 PETER EIB TO // DEED JACOB EIB THIS INDENTURE made this first day of June in the year of our Lord 1810 between PETER EIB & ELISABETH HIS WIFE of the County of Harrison and State of Ohio of the one part & JACOB EIB of the County of Harrison and State of Virginia of the other part WITNESSETH that they the said PETER EIB & ELISABETH his wife for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained & sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain and sell alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said JACOB EIB and his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the said County of Harrison on the Westerly side of the West fork it being the same tract of land heretofore conveyed by the said JACOB AND WIFE to the said PETER and bounded as followeth (viz) Beginning ... West fork ... bank of Turkey pen run ... one hundred and fifty five acres and a quarter ... To have and to Hold the said tract or parcel of land with all its appurtenances unto the said JACOB EIB and his heirs and assigns forever and they the said PETER EIB AND ELIZABETH HIS WIFE for themselves and their heirs do covenant that they will forever warrant and defend the said tract or parcel of land unto the said JACOB EIB and his heirs and assigns and they the said PETER AND ELIZABETH have full power and legal authority to sell & convey the same to the said JACOB EIB.
