Secondly after the payment of my debts and funeral Expences I give to my wife Esther Nutter the plantation I now live on to gatther with all my personal Estate for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease I give the same to my Children herein after mentioned and to be Enjoyed by them for Ever. Thirdly I give to my Son Christopher Nutter three hundred acres of my four hundred acres tract of land laying on Coon Creek of the lower end of that survey only what the aid Christopher has paid me for. That land shall stand good to my Estate but the land I give to him and his heirs for ever. Fourthly I give to Sarah Glaspy my daughter one hundred acres of land [about 5 words indecipherable] I now live and the upper end ajoining John Webb to her and her heirs forever. Fifthly at the decease of my wife Esther Nutter I give to my son John Nutter the Remaining part of the tract of land I now live on to gatther with all my movable Estate not hereafter other ways directed to him and his heirs for ever. The said John Nutter shall pay [ten] pounds to Esther [Unsel] when she comes of age. Sixthly I give to Esther [Unsel] an orphan girl who now lives with me the Remaining fifty acres of the four hundred acres tract on Coon Creek and at the decease of my wife I give to Said Esther Unsel my wife's bed and bedding to gatther with all her wearing Clothes to her and her heirs for ever --- and lastly I do hereby Constitute and appoint my friend Benjamin Webb Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revokeing all other or former wills of testaments by me heretofore made in witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my seal this twenty eighth of April in the year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eight.
