Witnesseth: that for and in consideration of the sum of ten ($10.00) Dollars, and other valuable considerations, cash in hand, paid by the said parties of the second part to the said parties of the first part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge, the said parties of the first part do hereby grand and convey unto the said parties of the second part, with convenants of special warranty, all of that certain tract or parcel of land, which the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the waters of Tenmile Creek, Eagle District, Harrison County, West Virginia, and described as follows: beginning at a beech corner on Tenmile Creek, thence South 3 1/2 poles to a stone corner; thence West 18 poles and 4 feet to a stone corner in center of Turnpike Road; thence Northeast 2 poles and 5 feet to a stake corner in center of Turnpike; thence Northeast 4 1/2 poles to a stake corner near top of hill, land formerly owned by G.W. Robinson, and now or formerly owned by F.M. Robinson; thence South 10' W. 17 poles to a beech on bank of Tenmile Creek, to place of beginning, containing 3/4 of an acre, more or less, and being the same property which was conveyed to Mary Swiger by Cordelia I. Lindsey, et vir, by deed bearing the the 25th day of May, 1915, and of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of Harrison County, West Virginia, in Deed Book no. 247, at page 224, and the same property which was conveyed to the said James Robinette, one of the parties of the first part, by J.C. McManaway, Deputy Commissioner etc., by deed bearing date the 29th day of November, 1948, and of record in the aforesaid Clerk's office in Deed Book No. 662, at page 390; and in which deed the property herein conveyed is described as "Certification No. 1030, 1945, 1 Lot 3/4 A., Tenmile Eagle District". Reference is made to the deeds herein mentioned by way of further description of the property herein conveyed.
