Huffman, died at 11:40 p. m. at the family home at 220 Meigs avenue. She apparently had been in usual health until she took the sudden illness. Mrs. Huffman was born September 5, 1885, in New Orleans, La., a daughter of Paul and Mary Fullmer Granzin. She married Mr. Huffman June 26, 1909, in Pittsburgh, Pa., and came here a bride. Mr. Huffman had located here a year earlier as a Remington typewriter representative. Survivors include her husband, one son, Luther A., Jr., in the army air corps and now located at Miami, Fla.; one brother, Raymond, of New Orleans, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Drury, of New Orleans, and Mrs. H. C. Bromeir, of Pittsburgh. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church. ALINE GRANZIN passed away at her home, 220 Meigs avenue, at 11:40 Friday night, following a brief illness. She was the wife of Luther A. Huffman, Sr., and mother of Luther A. Huffman, Jr., of the Army Air Force, Miami Beach, Florida. Other survivors: a brother, Raymond Granzin, New Orleans, La.; and sisters, Mrs. Drury, New Orleans, La., and Mrs. C. H. Bronier of Pittsburgh. The body is at the Romine Funeral parlors where friends are invited and where funeral services will be conducted, Tuesday afternoon, March 13, at 2 o’clock. The Rev. G. Gordon Kibler will officiate. Burial will take place at Benedum Memorial Cemetery, Bridgeport. Pallbearers: Jesse L. Skidmore, W. Lee Williams, J. A. Jackson, Harlan Swisher, Robert Sellers, and L. Holt Dent.
