I John Martin senr considdering the uncertantry of this Mortul life and being of sound mind and memory. blessed be God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form. That is to say first of all. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Martin all of any property, both real and personal to use at her pleasure as long as she lives after payying my debts and funeral expenses. I appoint Moses Shinn my sole executor at the death of Mary Martin to sell all the property both real and personal and to make an eaqual distribution among all the heirs namely Joseph Martin, Daniel Martin, Elijah Martin, John Martin the Jr., Micheal Martin, Eliott Martin, Elias Martin, Mary Odle, Elizabeth Heflin, Deborah Glover, John Martin and Martha Martin children of Dorcas Martin decd the two children to have one share and all the other heirs to him to have an equal share. This is my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me. In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the twentyeth day of August one thousand eight hundred and fifty three.
