Cemetery as found.  Cemetery contains eight identifiable graves, five have 
markers.  The remaining are marked with stones.  The cemetery appears to 
receive occasional care, possibly every 4-5 years.

Additional Comments:
The cemetery is located on a hiltop approximately 4.6 miles from CR-21 on 
Middle Fork Road CR-42.
