Pictured is The Topins Grove School of about 1905/6. The School was located on 
Little Pond Creek Road(co6)at Topins Grove,WV. Replaced by new Liberty School 
located about onemile up Little Pond Creek in 1930/.
The larger girl in center in white dres is Dulcie Milhoan, daughter  of
Samuel and Luella Slaven Milhoan. Dulcie married Robert King in 1919. Other 
children are unnidentified.
