I D.G. Morrill do hereby certify that by virtue of authority conferred 
on me by ordination as an Elder in the Methodist Episcopal Church, 
and an order of the county courts of Jackson County, and 
pursuant to a license issued by the Clerk of said court. I solemnized 
the rites of matrimony between Esley P. Stone and Sarah McKown both 
of the County of Jackson and State of Virginia 
in the said county and state on the 3rd day of October, 1850.
