June Court, 1810. Abraham Coleman, Complainant, against Thomas Hazelwood, James Watson, and Giles Cook, sen, Def'ts. IN CHANCERY. The defendant James Watson not having entered his appearance agreeably to an act of assembly and this the rules of this court, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that he is not an inhabitant of this commonwealth: It is ordered that he appear here on the second Tuesday in August next, and answer the bill of the complaintant, and that a copy of this order be forthwith inserted in the Farmer's Repository, published in Charles town, for two months successively, and published at the door of the court house of the county of Jefferson.
