May Court, 1811. Martin Entler, Plaintiff, vs. The executors, administrators, or other legal representatives of Cornelius Wyncoop, deceased, and Rawleigh Morgan, Defendants. IN CHANCERY. The defendants, the executors, administrators, or other legal representatives of Cornelius Wyncoop, deceased, not having entered their appearance and given security according to the act of assembly and the rules of this court, and it appearling to the satisfaction of the court that they are not inhabitants of this commonwealth: On the motion of the plaintiff by his counsel, it is ordered that the said defendants do appear here on the fourth Monday in August next, and answer the bill of the plaintiff, and that a copy of this order be forthwith inserted in the Farmer's Repository for two months successively, and posted at the court house door of said county. And it is further ordered, that the defendant Rawleigh Morgan do not pay any debts by him due to the other defendants, or convey away or secret any effects in his hands belonging to the said defendants until the further order of this court. Persons having waggon timber for sale, within five or six miles of Charles Town, will receive a generous price for the same by applying to the subscriber, who carries on the Waggon-Making business in said town, where those wanting good waggons can be supplied on the shortest notice.
