Farmer's Repository March 29, 1811
"Trustee's Sale.
Will be sold on Saturday, the 30th inst. before the door of R. Fulton's tavern, 
in Charles-Town to the highest bidder, for cash, one half of a five acre lot of 
ground, situate at the east end of Charles-Town, the same having been conveyed 
to the subscriber and George S. Harris, by Joseph Thomas and Sarah his wife, in 
trust to secure the payment of a debt due James Harris.
SAMUEL O. OFFUTT.
March 15, 1811."

"NOTICE."
"All persons indebted to the estate of John M' Makin, sen. late of Jefferson 
county, deceased, are requested to make immediate payment to the subscriber --
and those having claims against the said deceased, are likewise requested to 
exhibit them properly authenticated for settlement.
