Her parents took her to a local doctor in Elkview named Duff for her immunization shot (*smallpox?). Peggy had a reaction to this shot and died as a result. (head and footstone both hand made) Taylor, Macel Orth 1905-1983 Found Myers funeral home marker over the hill, not sure where grave is? This marker was found at the edge of the woods in the weeds - this would account for one of the unmarked graves. (Miss Orth was the 2nd wife of Wilber Taylor) (Wilber was Howard Taylor's brother) There are also 2 or 3 unmarked graves in this cemetery that appear to be adult graves. From the conversation I had with one of the neighbors, there are also at least two graves of infants that were born to Corey, the wife of Wilber Taylor that do not have markers.
