This information may be freely copied, but may not be sold. *************************************************************************** AGREEMENT EVELINAH SCHOONOVER to HEZEKIAH STOUT Articll [sic] of an agreement maid [sic] and entered into between Evelinah Schoonover of the county of Lewis and State of Virginia of the one part and Hezekiah Stout hir [sic] Father of the same county and State affoursaid [sic] of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Evelinah Schoonover doth agree to give hir [sic] Father Hezekiah Stout all the property left to hir [sic] by will of hir [sic] said Husband if said will said good. If the will be broen by any means then she agrees to give hir [sic] third part of hir [sic] Husbands Estate to hir [sic] Father Hezekiah Stout to take cear [sic] of hir [sic] as long she lives and hir [sic] Father Hezekiah doth agree to bind himself his heirs and assigns unto the said Evelinah Schoonover for his part to take good care of hir [sic] as long as she lives for the avove named sum not yet particular [sic] mentioned, viz, one horse[,] 3 head of cattle[,] five head of sheep[,] 14 head of hogs[,] one loom and dwelling house and all the household furniture and one Rifle gun and all the grain rased [sic] in the said farm this year this was the will to hir [sic] by hir [sic] Husband. We the said Evelinah Schoonover and Hezekiah Stout doth mutily [sic] agree to the above and set our hands & fix our seal this fifteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.
