Approx. 100 ft. from Bear Creek Road, turn right onto a rough dirt road and go to the top of the hill. This cemetery was transcribed by Patty Tyler and Tim Butcher on September 12, 1999. Sampson M. 1870-1906 1876-1949 (Note: there was another stone for Minnie, it was broken in half but the pieces read that the birth date was 12/18/1870 and the death date was 1/13/1906) Also contained in this Johnson plot were flat marble markers that had only one name on each, but were placed at different spots. These names were: "Roy"; "Kennard"; "Macom"; and "Paul" (Note: the following headstone had ALL of this inscribed on it, it was not an annotation) Elizabeth wife of Jefferson Johnson born July 27,1841 died Feb. 25,1912 Also second wife of Rev.
