This is about 1 1/2 miles from West Hamlin on State Rt. 10. This cemetery is on private property. The death certificate for Robert Butcher (buried in this cemetery) calls this cemetery "Peyton". "Matty" Butcher] Robert Butcher 5/22/1892-2/17/1950 [Robert was the son of Matthew "Matty" and Lillie (Buckingham) Butcher] Charley Blankenship 3/9/1899-12/1/1925 [son of Jasper and Erma (Pridemore) Blankenship, husband to Viola May (Estep) dau. of Manderville and Beulah (Campbell) Estep] Joel Christopher Peyton PVT US Army World War II 10/27/1912-10/29/1975 (son of Christopher and Susan (Butcher) Peyton] James Johnson aged 52 yrs. 2mos. 8 days 1877(?) [this is an old marker, broken in half where the date is located, this is why I have questioned the date, because it really isn't clear, just a guess]
