Cretta was born on Jul 07, 1923 in Chapmanville, Logan Co, WV and died on Aug 27, 
1995. She was the wife of Thomas Shirley "Buddy" Gilpin. Cretta, Geneva, and 
Reford were the children of William Sherner Dingess and Bertha McCloud.
