FUNERAL HOME:  Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home in Fairmont, WV
BURIAL LOCATION:  Barrackville Cemetery
OTHER INFORMATION:  Following graduation from Fairmont High School, he
     attended Fairmont State College, graduating in 1956. He graduated
     from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1961. 
     He was associated with Dr. E. N. Costianes in dental practice from
     1961-1966 and during those five years, he attended WVU School of
     Medicine. He received his medical degree in 1966.
     From 1966-1968 he was associated with a hospital in Altoona, PA.
     He moved to private practice with Dr. James P. Herbert and Dr. 
     A. F. Meyers in Altoona from 1969-1971. Then in August 1971 he
     began his own practice in Duncansville, Pa.
