Tampa, Fl., Hillsborough County, Thursday, November 8, 2007.
Ralph L. Smouse, 78 of Temple Terrace, Fl. passed away Monday, November 5, 2007.
He moved here in 1958 from Fairmont, W.Va. He was an educator and Assistant 
Superintendent with Hillsborough County Schools for 31 years. He was Methodist, 
a Mason (Free & Accepted Masons) and a Phi Delta Kappan. Survivors: His Wife, 
Patty; Daughters, Susan Miller of Wesley Chapel (FL) and Elizabeth "Libby" Riley
of Tampa, Fl; and His Sister, Norma May of Edmond, Okla. Affinity Cremation.
