Wanda Geraldine Willard, 80, of Barrackville, passed away at her home Saturday 
(Sept. 13, 2008). She was born Aug. 11, 1928, in Wheeling, a daughter of the 
late Lucy Rosell Parker and William Earl Hoylman. She was preceded in death by 
her husband Isaac "Abb" Willard in 1987.

Mrs. Willard was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Fairmont. She was a 
former choir member and former singer of Harmony Chorus of the church. 

She is survived by a son, Thomas Lee and his wife Juanita Willard of Fairmont; 
a daughter, Sandra and her husband William Harbarger of Barrackville; 
grandchildren, Brenda and her husband James Miller of Fairmont, Thomas Willard 
Jr. of Fairmont, Kimberly Willard of Fairmont, Billy and his wife Lena 
Harbarger of Carolina, Stephanie Harbarger of Barrackville; great-
grandchildren, Kayla Willard, Brandon Willard, J.J. Miller, and Jacob Willard. 

Serving as pallbearers will be J.J. Miller, Brandon Willard, Billy Harbarger, 
Tim Shaver, Donald Harbarger, and Jim Hall.

Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Fairmont.
