Times West Virginian December 1987
Isaac Abb Willard, 68, of Meredith Springs, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 1987 at 
his residence. He was born March 9, 1919 in Barrackville, son of the late 
Alpheus Brown and Ina Violet Conner Willard.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda G. Parker Willard, one daughter, Sandy 
Harburger of Barrackville, one son, Thomas L. Willard of Fairmont, one sister 
Mayme Willard, two brothers, Jim Willard of Colfax and Richard Willard of 
Barrackville and five grandchildren, Brenda Miller, Thomas Willard, Jr, and 
Kimmy Willard all of Fairmont and Billy and Stephanie Harburger both of 
Barrackville.

He was a retired coal miner who worked at Bethleham Steel Corp's No 41 Mine in 
Barrackville, he served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member 
of Victory Baptist Church in Fairmont.


Burial was at Grandview Memorial Gardens in Fairmont.
