Hunsaker, of Grant District, Marion County, West Virginia, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in regard to and touching all my estate bewith real and personal. First; I desire after ny death that all my just debts be paid out of my personal estate, and also my funeral expenses. Second; After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses whatever personal property may remain belonging to my estate, I bequeath to my wife Eliza D. Hunsaker. Third; I give and bequeath to my said wife Eliza D. Hunsaker all the real estate that I may possess at the time of my death to have and to hold for her own use and where fit for the term of her natural life, and after her death, I desire and direct that my son Thomas A. Hunsaker receive of my said real estate, twenty five acres to include the mansion or dwelling house, and or the residence. I desire to be divided equally in quantity and value between three of my other children, namely, Harry G. Hunsaker, Frank L. Hunsaker and Edward J. Hunsaker. Fourth; I hereby appoint my wife Eliza D. Hunsaker executrix of this my last will and testament and direct that she be qualified as such executrix without being required to give security. I also direct that my personal estate be not appraised. In witness whereof, I here unto transcribe my name and affix my seal this the 2nd day of May 1895. George W. A paper writing supporting to be the last will and testament of George W. Hunsaker, deceased was this day produced before the Clerk of this Court , by B.K. Martin, one of the attesting witnesses thereto and offered said will for probate and the execution of said paper writing by the said, George W. Hunsaker deceased as and for his true last will and testament, being proven by the testimony under oath of John Hunsaker, James Dunham, and B.K. Martin the attesting witnesses thereto according to law the said paper writing is admitted to probate as and for the true last will and testmament of the said George W.
