April 1, 1911 in Marion County, W.Va.) In the name of God Amen: I, Isaac Hunsaker, Of Grant District, Marion County, State of West Virginia, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me hereto are made. First; I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate. Second; I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary A. Hunsaker, all the articles of personal, domestic or household use, or ornament, belonging to me which at my death may be in my home and place of residence, located in Grant District, Marion County, West Virginia, or belonging to the house, except the piano. Third; I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Madge B. Hunsaker, the piano, now located in my house. Fourth; I give and bequeath unto my said wife, Mary A. Hunsaker, two cows and one bay horse by the name of "Billy"; also the interest, during widowhood, on all money I may have and leave at the time of my death, after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses. Fifth; I give and devise unto my said wife, Mary A, Hunsaker, during her natural life, or so long as she remains my widow, the tract of ninety acres of land on which I now reside, situate in Grant District, Marion County, West Virginia, near the Mines of the Virginia and Pittsburg Coal and Coke Company, including all the rents, issues and profits of said land, with remainder in full after her widowhood, or death, to seven of my children equal proportions, to wit, Madge B. Hunsaker, William F. Hunsaker, John C. Hunsaker, Isaac F. Hunsaker, Avril C. Hunsaker, James F. Hunsaker and Elizabeth M. Hunsaker.
