Grand Jury, State of West Virginia, County of McDowell 
May 1893
The State of West Virginia, McDowell County to-wit:
The Grand Jurors of the state of West Virginia, in and 
for the body of the County of McDowell, and now attending 
the Circuit Court of said County, upon their oaths present 
that Isham Muncy and Arminda Roberts on the 1st day of 
October 1892, and from that day to the 20th day of May 
1893, in the County of McDowell aforesaid, did, lewdly 
and lasciviously associate and cohabit together, the 
said Isham Muncy and Arminda Roberts  being then and 
there not married to each other during all of the time 
aforesaid, against the peace and dignity of the state.

Found upon the evidence Allen Steel.
