Mack Muncy indictment for a misdemeanor

A true bill.
State of West Virginia,McDowell County
In the Criminal Court of said County:

The Grand Jurors of 
the State of West Virginia, in and for the body of the 
County of McDowell, and now attending the said Court, 
on their oaths present that Mack Muncy on the (blank) 
day of April 1889, in the County of McDowell aforesaid, 
did willfully interrupt, molest, and disturb an assembly 
of the people, then and there met for the worship of God.

And against the peace and dignity of the State.  Found 
at the April term of said Court, 1889, upon the information 
of J.H. Collins sworn in Court and sent before the Grand 
Jury to give evidence to that body.
