The object of the foregoing cause which is now pending in the circuit court 
of McDowell County of West Virginia is to subject the following tract of land 
lying and being in the county of McDowell about 120 acres where said Moses 
Muncy lives and the same land purchased by Moses Muncy and Samuel Muncy and 
yet deeded to said Muncys, but the title still vests in A. S. Waldron and T. 
A. Peery to sale for the satisfaction of a certain judgment rendered by a 
Justice of the Peace in said county of McDowell against Moses Muncy on the 
? day of ?, 1886, for $65.07 in favor of said John D. Payne.
