to Deed

A. S. Waldron, et al.

This deed made this October 29, 1879 between Moses Muncy and 
Rachel Muncy his wife parties of the first part and A. S. 
Waldron and t. A. Peery party of the second part, all of 
the county of McDowell and state of West Virginia and Tazewell 
Co, Va.

Witnesseth that for and in consideration o the sum of $90.00 
in hand paid by A. S. Waldron and T. A. Peery to Moses Muncy 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge does grant bargain 
sell and convey unto the said A. S. Waldron, and T. A. Peery  
a certain tract of land situated lying and being in said 
county and on the ridge between the two Slanunch branches 
and the same land where Moses Muncy now lives, as for courses 
and distances reference is given to a deed from Daniel Harman, 
to said Moses Muncy and David Muncy on the south side of said 
road ridge in the head of Slaunch branch fish trap branch, 
and on the rocky branch supposed to contain 120 acres be the 
same more or less, to have and to hold the same unto then 
the said A. S. Waldron and T. A. Peery and their heirs and 
assigns forever with covenant to General Warranty.

Witness the following signatures and seals the day and year
