Take Route 10 north out of Matoaka toward Wyoming County, and turn left on Little Branch Road. Follow this road for about a mile and a half, and then turn left on a gravel road that goes up Piedmont Mountain. The road is rough, and a four-wheel drive vehicle is needed. The cemetery has 76 graves with markers, and several unmarked graves.
