MONROE CEMETERY, ELGOOD/GREEN SPRINGS, MERCER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA This information was collected on May 8, 2003 by David Hambrick and Ken Bowen & contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives 7/1/03 The cemetery is located between Elgood and Lovern near the community of Green Springs. From Elgood follow Route 9, and turn left on Route 22 that goes toward Lovern. Just before you get to the Green Springs Regular Baptist Church turn right on Bear Mountain Road, 22/6, and follow this road for about half a mile,or until you see the Monroe Cemetery sign.
