Rhoda J Fletcher to A. J. Hager

     This Deed made this 3rd day of June 1892 between Rhoda Jane Fletcher wife 
of Hiram A. Fletcher of Mercer County, West Virginia of the first part and 
Andrew J Hager of the same county and state of the second part.  Witnesseth 
that the said party of the first part, in consideration that the said Andrew G 
Hager doth release unto the said Rhoda J. Fletcher all interest he may have in 
and to the tract of land deeded to her by Elizabeth Hager and for the further 
consideration of one dollar in hand paid, doth grant and convey unto the said 
Andrew G. Hager but without warranty of title all her right title and interest 
as one of the children and heirs at law of said Elizabeth Hager dec’d in and 
to a certain boundary of land supposed to contain about one hundred acres 
situate in said County of Mercer in the “nigh fork” of Brush Creek and being 
the same land upon which the said Andrew J. Hager now lives and the same which 
was willed to him by his mother the said Elizabeth Hager but which Will has 
never been admitted to probate.  The interest conveyed by this deed is the 
sole and separate estate of the said Rhoda Jane Fletcher (her mother the said 
Elizabeth Hager having died in the year 1870) and the said Rhoda Jane Fletcher 
being a married woman, the wife of he said Hiram A. Fletcher but is now living 
separate and apart from the said Hiram A. Fletcher her husband.  To Have and 
To Hold  unto the said Andrew G. Hager his heirs and assigns forever.  Witness 
the following signatures and seals.
                                            Rhoda Jane X (her Mark) Fletcher

County of Mercer to wit:
     I C. R. McNutt a Notary Public of the County of Mercer in said state do 
certify that Rhoda Jane Fletcher (the wife of Hiram A. Fletcher) & whose name 
is signed to the writing above bearing date the 3rd day of June 1892, has this 
day acknowledged he same before me in my said County.  I do further certify 
that before taking and certifying the acknowledgment of the said Rhoda Jane 
Fletcher to the foregoing writing as aforesaid, it was proved to my 
satisfaction that the real estate conveyed by the foregoing deed bearing date 
3 June 1892, is the sole and separate estate of he said Rhoda Jane Fletcher, 
that the said Rhoda Jane Fletcher is now and has been for a number of years 
past living separate and apart from her said husband the said Hiram A 
Fletcher.  Given under my hand this 3rd day of June 1892.
