Alice Carlene Bailey Aranda

Alice Carlene Bailey Aranda, 71, of Oak Hill, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, at ho me 
following a short illness.

Born Aug. 26, 1934, in Matoaka, she was the daughter of the late Elmos Carl and 
Lena Elizabeth Thompson Bailey.

Mrs. Aranda was a retired practical nurse for Aristocrat of Cleveland, Ohi o.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Oak Hill.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Elaine Aranda Coffman; a 
grandson, Sean Douglas Coffman; and a brother, Darrell Douglas Duncan .

Survivors include her husband, Theodore W. “Ted” Aranda; a son, Theodo re W. 
Aranda of North Ridgeville, Ohio; a daughter, Patricia Darlene Aran da Conner of 
Oak Hill; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill this evening fr om 6 to 
8 p.m.

Services will be Thursday at Tyree Funeral Home with the Rev. Bernie Jerni gan 
and the Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating. Interment will be in the High L awn 
Memorial Park, Oak Hill.
