Jenks Coburn, 66, for more than forty-fiv years with the Norfolk and Western Railway company, died suddenly of a heart attack yesterday morning at his home at Narrows, Va. He had apparently been in good health, and was preparing to have breakfast when he was stricken. Mr. Coburn was station agent and telegraph operator for the railroad at the time of his death. Surviving are his wife, the former Miss Cleo McKinney, of Oakvale; two sons, George Fred Coburn, dispatcher for the Virginian Railway company at Princeton, and Master Sergeant Earl Coburn, United States Air corps, San Bruno, Cal., and a daughter, Mrs. Warren Morris, of Narrows; four grand- children and a brother, L. C. Coburn, Narrows; and a sister, Mrs. Harry Burgess, of Chattanooga. Funeral service will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. from the First Presbyterian church at Narrows. The Rev. Z. F. Mayberry of Princeton will be assisted by the Rev. B. F. Sperow, pastor of the church, and the Rev. H. H. Harman, pastor of the First Christian church. Rites in Fairview cemetery will be conducted by Intermont Lodge 269, AF and AM, of which Mr. Coburn was a member. Pallbearers will be A. W. Coburn, E. D. Coburn, Harold W. hale, Hersey H. Hale, R. Jennings Bailey and K. M.
