  A/1c Brian Keith Gearhart, age 21, of Columbus A.F.B., Miss, passed away as
a result of an accident on April 15, 1982 in Columbus, Miss.  Airman Gearhart
was a native of Bluefield, W. Va., a graduate of Fort Walton Beach High School
class of 1979, and entered the U.S. Air Force in 1980.
   Airman Gearhart was the son of Lacy R. Gearhart, and is survived by his
wife, Susan (Phagan) Gearhart of Columbus, Miss.; his mother, Betty M.
Gearhart of Fort Walton Beach, Fla; one brother, Clarence R. Gearhart of
Huntsville, Ala.; one sister, Cheryl K. Williamson of Bantam, Conn.; his
maternal grandmother, Lillian V. McKee of Fort Walton Beach; and his maternal
grandfather, C.P. Mckee of Kenova, W. Va.
   Friends may call at Little Chapel Funeral Home, 910 Beal Parkway, form 4-8
p.m. Sunday.
   Funeral services will be conducted in the Little Chapel Funeral Home at 3
p.m. Monday with Air Force Chaplain Therman E. Moore officiating.  Interment
will follow in the Beal Memorial Cemetery with full military honors.
   Little Chapel Funeral Home of Fort Walton Beach is in charge of
arrangements.
