H. Hager Dies; Ill for Months Funeral Services will be held at his late home at Littlesburg at 2 o'clock this afternoon. S. H. Hager, 69, near Littlesburg died Monday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock following a lingering illness of cancer. He had been an invalid for the past year and for the last four months had been bedfast. Funeral services will be held at the Hager home this afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. J. H. Lotsspetch and intement will be made in the family cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rebecca Hager and the following children: Mrs. Ida Sanders of Princeton, W. L. Hager of Sand Lick, S. J. Hager of Kingsport Tenn., E. C. Hager of Princeton; Mrs. H. J. Roark of Bluefield, Mrs. J. M. Harmon of Bluefield, H. A. Hager of Bluefield, D. B. Hager of New York City, Mrs. N. B. Kahle of Princeton; Mrs. E. J. Hambrick of Bluefield. Mr. Hager was a native of Mercer County and had lived in this section of the state all his life. He was a well known farmer and held in high esteem by all who knew him. In addition to the members of his immediate family, he is survived by two brothers; D. J. Hager of Ada, and H. B. Hager of Princeton, and two sisters, Mrs. Delia Coeburn of Bluefield, and Mrs. Zula Gray , also of Bluefield. The grandchildren of the deceased man will serve as flower bearers.
