Obituary of Annie May Moore Osborne, 1998 - Mercer Co. WV Annie May Moore Osborne, 91 of Silver Springs Fla. and formerly of Mt. View Community, Dublin, Va. passed away Wednesday, April 22, 1998 in the Lewis Gale Hospital, Salem, Va. She had presently been living in the home of her Daughter, Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth) Price. Born February 28. 1907 in Coopers, W.Va. she was the Daughter of the late Robert Edward Moore and Lula Victoria Niswander Moore. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Carl Rufus Osborne, and a Son Eugene Osborne, a Grandson Charles Young, a Great Grandson, Joey Roop and a number of Sisters and Brother. She was a member of the Emmanuel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Ocala, Fla, Survivors include four Daughters, Mrs Charlie (Lorina) Young of Dublin, Mrs. Oscar (Katherine) Jacobs of Greensboro, N.C., Mrs. Melvin (Arbbradean) Phillips of Silver Springs, Fla. and Mrs. Robert T. (Elizabeth) Price of Buchanan Va., two Sons, Carl Lee Osborne of Phoenix, Ariz., and the Rev, Boyd Edison Osborne of Hurt, Va. 18 Grandchildren, 24 Great-Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great- Grandchildren; and Sisters, Hazel Heinbuch of Princeton, W.Va., Esther Joseph of Akron, Ohio, and Naomi Elkins of Greensboro, N.C. and one Brother Joe Moore of Patterson, La. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 25, at 2PM at the Dublin Church of God with the Rev. Boyd E. Osborne officiating, assisted by thr Rev. Johnny Hash and the Rev. Don Sizemore. Interment will follow in the Appalachin Pentecostal Holiness Conference Cemetery, Dublin. The Family will recieve friends Friday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, East Main Street, Dublin from 6PM to 9PM. Mrs, Osorne will be taken to the church by 1PM Saturday to lie in state until the hour of service. The family will be meeting at the home of her Daughter, Mrs. Charlie (Lorina) Young, Rt. 1 Mt. View Community, Dublin, Va.
