Hager I, Andrew G. Hager, of the County of Mercer and State of West Virginia do make this my last will and testament. Third I give and devise unto my children Henderson B. Hager, Samuel H. Hager, Easter Jane Gray, wife of George Gray, and Mary Elizabeth Coeburn, wife of Jerry Coeburn, all of my real estate, which consists of 2 tracts or parcels of land lying in Mercer County, West Virginia, one of which contansn 60 acres, lies upon the waters of Brush Creeek and is the same land upon which I now reside. The other parcel of land contains 10 acres and lies adjoining the corporate limits of the City of Bluefield which was conveyed to me by Nancy Nunn and James Nunn. Fifth I hereby nominate and appoint my friends A. E. Bivens and Charles W. Calfee executors of this my last will . In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name to this my last will and testament, written on 2 sheets of paper, this 29th day of October 1918. A. G.
