Located off Rt. 29 at Jakes Run, Clay District.
From the intersection of Rt. 7 and Rt. 29 at Pentress, go 2.7 miles and turn 
right onto a dirt road.  Cemetery is about .8 mile up this road, on the left, 
in the woods.  Pine trees close by.

Tennant, Alexander - died August 20, 1892,  70 year, 5 month and 20 days
Tennant, Matilday - died October 30, 1905,  78 year and 6 days
Tennant, James M. - September 28, 1858 ~ December 15, 1900
Tennant, Sarah J. - died October 14, 1905, 45 year, 7 month and 28 days
Tennant, Infant s/o Alexander and Matilday, died September 1869,  1 day
Tennant, Infant s/o J.M. and S.J., died 1891,  24 days
Tennant, Infant d/o J.M. and S.J., born and died February 1, 1885

NOTE:	Alexander was the son of Abraham and Frances Minor Tennant. His wife,
	Matilday was the daughter of  John and Rosanna Moore Tennant.
	James M. was the son of Alexander and Matilday. 
	His wife, Sarah Jane, was the daughter of John Calvin and Elizabeth A.
        Wright.
	She died by a self inflicted gunshot wound.
